By using trias360.com, the demo or the TRIAS360 system you accept these terms.

The service

TRIAS360 is a cloud system for point of sale, inventory, electronic invoicing and online store. It is used from a browser or installed as an app, and is paid by monthly or yearly subscription per branch.

Prices and payments

• Prices are in Costa Rican colones and do not include VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is in advance by SINPE Móvil or bank transfer.
• There is no minimum contract: you can cancel whenever you want; what was already paid for the current period is not refunded.
• If a payment is late there are 7 days of grace. After that the system is read-only until it is up to date: you can see and download your data, but not sell.
• Setup help is optional and paid once.

Free trial and demo

The 15-day trial is free and without commitment. The demo is a shared sample store: do not enter real data; its information may be deleted or reset at any time.

Your data and your account

• Your business data is yours. We never withhold it.
• You look after your passwords and the permissions you give your team. We recommend turning on two-step verification.
• You are responsible for what you invoice and for meeting your obligations with Hacienda. TRIAS360 creates and sends documents with your own cryptographic key according to Hacienda's current version.

Availability

We do what is reasonable to keep the system always running, with a daily backup. There may be interruptions for maintenance, internet failures or third parties (such as Hacienda's services). The register can keep selling offline on devices where it was opened online before.

Acceptable use

TRIAS360 may not be used for illegal activities, to try to access other businesses' data or to deliberately overload the service.

Consumer rights

These terms do not limit the rights given by Costa Rica's Law 7472 on the Promotion of Competition and Effective Consumer Protection.
