Privacy policy

TRIAS360 is a point-of-sale, inventory and invoicing system made in Costa Rica. This policy explains what data we collect on trias360.com and in the system, and how we look after it. It is governed by Costa Rica's Law 8968 on the Protection of Individuals regarding the Processing of their Personal Data.

What data we collect on this page

• Trial request: your name, business name, WhatsApp, email (if you write it), type of business, province, number of branches and the message you leave us.
• Demo: opening the demo creates a temporary visitor user. We do not ask for any data and that user is deleted automatically after 2 days.
• Technical data: the IP address of your connection, only to limit abuse (for example, too many requests in a row).

What we use it for

• Contacting you by WhatsApp or email to set up your trial and answer your questions about TRIAS360.
• Giving you access to the demo.
• Protecting the site against automated use.

We do not sell or lend your data, and we do not send you advertising you did not ask for.

Your business data inside TRIAS360

If you use TRIAS360, your business data (products, sales, customers, invoices and users) is yours. Your business is responsible for that data and TRIAS360 only processes it to provide the service:

• Each business has its own database, separate from the others.
• The Hacienda cryptographic key is stored encrypted; we use it for nothing other than signing your documents.
• Passwords are stored encrypted and two-step verification can be turned on.
• An automatic daily backup is made.
• You can download your data whenever you want. If you cancel, it stays read-only and we delete it if you ask.

Where it is stored

On Cloudflare's infrastructure, which we use to host the system and this page. Only authorized TRIAS360 staff can see trial requests.

How long

Trial requests are kept for up to 24 months or until you ask us to delete them. Demo visitor users are deleted after 2 days. A client business's data is kept while it uses the service and as required by accounting and tax obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or for us to stop contacting you, by writing to triascr360@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +50688640256. We reply within 5 business days at most.

Cookies and storage

The page uses necessary storage in your browser to remember your language and your cookie choice. Visit measurement, if it is ever used, is only turned on if you accept it under «Cookie preferences» at the bottom of the page. The TRIAS360 system uses one necessary cookie to keep you signed in.
